Pitboard AI — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers apps and services published by Pitboard AI, including Affiliate Desk.

What we collect: account information you provide (email, display name); affiliate program and link data you enter or import; commission and payout data retrieved from affiliate networks you connect; and, where you connect a Pinterest account, the minimum Pinterest data needed to create Pins on boards you select and to identify your own boards.

How we use it: solely to operate our apps' features for you — displaying your links, commissions, and payouts, and publishing Pins you have reviewed and approved. We do not sell your data. We do not post to Pinterest, or any other connected platform, without your explicit review and action for each Pin.

Data sharing: we do not share your data with third parties except the affiliate networks and platforms (e.g. Pinterest) you explicitly connect, and only to the extent needed to provide our apps' functionality.

Data storage: data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
